Just a few days after inauguration, the picturesque Boutique Hotel Can Ribera by Zafiro, the result of the renovation and sophisticated redesign of a manor house built in 1870, now opens its restaurant to the public. A special place where diners can savour a choice of delicious Mallorcan dishes prepared with the most innovative culinary techniques.

A corner on the ground floor of the hotel that will transport you to the most intimate and welcoming ambience, accompanied by an interior courtyard which conserves the old well so typical of Mallorcan houses and a sign of the history of the place. It is here that our chef prepares distinguished recipes with the greatest care and attention so you can savour the best Mallorcan flavours.

Can Ribera Restaurant offers a menu with delicious dishes made with natural local ingredients: exquisite Can Ribera-style octopus, homemade croquettes, eggs with truffles and baby squid fideuá with green aioli, among others. Select vegetarian dishes such as green quinoa salad, tumbet or vegan burgers, fish specialties such as Mallorcan cod, and for meat lovers a tasty roast suckling pig with sweet potato purée, Iberian pork stuffed with Mallorcan cheese or an Angus burger.

Accompany lunch and dinner with a select wine list, and end the meal with one of our carefully-prepared and delicious desserts such as crème brûlée, warm chocolate cake or fresh fruit cocktail.

Can Ribera Restaurant is also open to the public, so you can enjoy our delicious cuisine for lunch and dinner even if you are not staying at the hotel.

From Monday to Friday we also offer a special set menu at a very affordable price comprising a dish of the day, drink and dessert.
