Kids Run for the little ones

On Saturday, after picking up their race numbers and charging up their batteries at the Pasta Party, the youngest participants and future champions got going. More than a thousand children up to 12 years of age took part and had fun in the Kids Run. And guess who was there to cheer them on? Our beloved Yzzy! There was no way Izzy was going to miss the party!

The big day arrives: Zafiro Palma Marathon

After the party on Saturday, the day everyone was waiting for came on Sunday, October 14. The starting line was full of people from all over the world for the start of the 10km, half marathon and marathon.

Around 10,000 participants ran through the main streets and squares in Palma, starting in front of Palma Cathedral with plenty of energy and clocking up kilometres as they advanced through the old town and along the Paseo Marítimo seafront. The fantastic weather also meant that loads of people came out to cheer them all on.
