IRONMAN 70.3 Alcudia-Mallorca 2020

IRONMAN Alcudia-Mallorca 70.3 has become more and more popular all over the world every year. It is one of the toughest and most fascinating triathlons and brings together some of the best international athletes to compete for the 40 qualifying places on offer for the IRONMAN 70.3 2020 World Championship, to be held in Taupõ, New Zealand.

As is the case every year, the event begins on the fantastic beach in Alcudia, where the swimming race will get under way in the calm, warm waters of Alcudia Bay.

After the 2km swim, participants have to jump on their bikes for a one-lap circuit with challenging slopes and descents accompanied by long flat stretches that take riders through the most beautiful mountains in Mallorca. After the bike race is over, athletes then face a half marathon over a flat circuit along the shores of Alcudia Beach.

This is a competition aimed at triathletes who want to enjoy the unique experience of cycling in Mallorca, running and swimming.
