It is advisable to try the sopes mallorquines, a traditional Majorcan stew, the tumbet, a summer dish with potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and aubergine, the lomo con col, pork loin wrapped in cabbage, the sobrasada, a cured sausage with paprika, and for dessert the ensaimada, a warm coil-shaped cake.
