Capdeperas love for seafood reaches its peak in October, when the town hosts the Mostra de la Llampuga, a culinary fair dedicated exclusively to the preparation and tasting of different dishes based around the lampuga, a blue Majorcan fish caught during this time.

The local gastronomic offer is completed with coca con verdura (pizza-like bread with vegetable toppings) containing herring pieces, tasty fresh seafood in stews, local products and meats such as the suckling pig which are simmered in casseroles of the Majorcan Levant. From the 19th century, Majorca has produced a dense and aromatic liquor with a Regional Designation, the Palo Liquor, which today is consumed as an aperitif.
