Zafiro Hotels is a hotel company based in the Mediterranean that was founded in 2017, drawing on the vast experience of the Plomer family and its innovative approach to tourism. The chain currently has twelve 4 and 5-star hotels in Mallorca and Menorca, all of which it has built inspired by Caribbean resorts, but with a Mediterranean essence.
