Internal Information Channel

This Internal Information Channel allows you to provide confidential information about any suspicions you may have regarding possible irregularities caused by actions or omissions that may be considered an administrative or criminal offence.

This channel is primarily intended for employees and former employees, suppliers, shareholders, executives, partners and members of administrative bodies.

We have developed this channel in compliance with the legal requirements of article 5 of Law 2/2023 of February 20 regarding the implementation of an Internal Information System.

Alternatively, you may also report the information through the External Channel operated by the "Independent Whistle-blower Protection Authority", appointed by the Spanish government.

Please complete all the mandatory information. We also recommend that you include as much detail as possible.

The system allows you to make your message completely anonymous. However, we do require you to provide an email address so that we can answer your message. We would also like to remind you that the information sent through this channel is completely confidential and will only be processed by the person in charge of our Compliance Department.
