1. PROMOTION SPONSOR

Companies in the INVERSIONES PLOMER SL group (through its trademark ZAFIRO HOTELS) with offices in C/Mar i Estany, 35, 07400 Puerto de Alcudia, Balearic Islands, Spain and tax ID number B-07985823 is the organiser of this online contest (hereinafter, "the Promotion") in accordance with the conditions described in the section on participation requirements.

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION PROCEDURES

Participation requirements are as follows:

• Residents of any country aged 18 and over may participate.
• Participants must correctly complete the form on the landing page for the prize draw on www.zafirohotels.com with valid and accurate information.
• Participants that take part using several different email addresses will be disqualified.
• Forms will be accepted until 12 May, at which time a winning name will be selected and announced the week after the event.

3. PROMOTION CONDITIONS

All users whose participation complies with the conditions defined herein will become participants in the prize draw.Winners will be informed by email. If a prize is rejected or the winner does not meet the Promotion requirements, ZAFIRO HOTELS will announce and inform a substitute winner. ZAFIRO HOTELS reserves the right to disqualify participants that use names owned by third parties, containing brands or protected in any way or that use false profiles or that in general contravene the spirit of the prize draw. Under no circumstances will ZAFIRO HOTELS accept any vulgar or obscene words, explicit or implied denigration or disrespect for third parties, improper content nor content which it deems inappropriate for the correct completion of the prize draw.

 Employees of ZAFIRO HOTELS and its direct or indirect partners will also be ineligible for participation.

4. PRIZES

The prize will be a place on his next Ironman (Europena Tour). The prize will be available in 2025. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered. The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

5. DELIVERY OF PRIZES

The winner will be chosen completely randomly and transparently by means of an external sweepstake and competition tool. This tool will choose a winning name randomly - the certificate of transparency issued by this tool will be available upon request for verification purposes.

Winners will mentioned in a post and notified by private message from ZAFIRO HOTELS administrator profiles. Winners must accept their prize and provide their personal data for delivery of the prize by sending an email to the address provided in the private message or by replying directly to the email.

If winners do not confirm receipt of the message and acceptance of the prize within 24 hours after the message is sent, the prize will be awarded to the substitute winner. If the substitute winners do not confirm receipt of the message and acceptance of the prize, the contest will be declared void.

By accepting the prize, both participants and winners accept that ZAFIRO HOTELS may use their name or image for advertising purposes in any media for a period of 5 years.  ZAFIRO HOTELS may eliminate any participants who do not comply with the requirements mentioned above or who attempt to participate in violation of these conditions.

6. DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES

If participants do not meet the requirements in the legal conditions or if the data they provide on participation is not valid, said participation will be declared void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights with regard to any prizes awarded under the Promotion.

With reference to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2015/679) and Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and digital rights, we inform you below about the use of your personal information and other issues that may be of interest to you.

The processing of your data is legitimised by your participation in the prize draw and based on your consent to these conditions. The processing of your data is essential for carrying out the prize draw.

Your data may be transferred, where appropriate, to the public authorities and prize draw organisers to allow the notification and delivery of the prizes mentioned above.

Your personal data will be stored for 5 years, the period required for the limitation of any civil, criminal or administrative liabilities for Inversiones Plomer SL that may result from any irregularities during your stay or possible responsibilities arising from data processing. On completion of this period, your data will be erased.

In addition to the right to withdraw your consent for data processing at any time, you also have the following rights:

The successful completion of this prize draw requires that participants commit to providing true and accurate data. If the personal data is false, incomplete or inaccurate, making the identification of participants and potential winners impossible by reasonable means, ZAFIRO HOTELS reserves the right to declare the prize draw void and remain free of any responsibility in this regard.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Among other things, ZAFIRO HOTELS is not responsible for any possible loss, theft, delay or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the Promotion nor for the use made by participants of any prizes.

ZAFIRO HOTELS does not assume responsibility for any force majeure or fortuitous events that may impede the completion of the promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of any prizes.

9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These legal conditions will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca shall be competent to resolve any claims that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these legal conditions.
