Enjoy the 7-day Official IRONMAN Training Camps organised by Nirvana in Port d'Alcúdia (Mallorca), and get ready for an amazing week preparing yourself for the 2020 challenges.

The Training Camps will be delivered by certified IRONMAN U coaches and split into groups according to levels and objectives. All the Camps will feature swimming technique, running technique, road-cycling technique and transition practice. Video analysis will also be available.

2020 events:

• Feb 29 – Mar 7 Official IRONMAN 70.3 Training Camp: geared towards first-time middle-distance athletes looking to step up to IRONMAN 70.3 distance

• Mar 7 – Mar 14 Official IRONMAN Training Camp: aimed at more experienced IRONMAN athletes looking to develop their performance

• Mar 14 –Mar 21 Official IRONMAN Training Camp: focused on experienced triathletes stepping up to IRONMAN distance in 2020
