The Zafiro Hotels brand was created in 2017 to market the resort hotels owned or managed by companies run by the Plomer family.
The three fundamental attributes that personify Zafiro Hotels are:
1. QUALITY: Every single thing is important in improving our guests’ holiday experience. That’s why we take the greatest care over even the tiniest details. We create an ambience that is elegant in the most pleasing and natural way. No hassle, stress-free, relaxed and reassuring. Great service in traditional style, but with new values driven by innovation.
2. WELL-BEING: There is always a perfect Zafiro hotel for getting away from it all at any time of year. We provide our guests with the most personalised service, and our "all-inclusive" options give them another reason to relax. Guests can focus on recharging their batteries while we take care of everything else.
3. KIDS CAN BE KIDS: We want to our guests to have the freedom of not having to choose between rest and relaxation or their kids. We have designed everything so you can enjoy your holidays together, including separate areas where adults and children can enjoy their holidays the way they wish, without upsetting anyone or getting upset themselves.

To guarantee the quality of our services and activities and respect for the environment, our management model applies ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and EMAS Regulations in all our hotels in the area of “accommodation, food and beverage and Spa services".
In keeping with its responsibility to all of its stakeholders, ZAFIRO HOTELS publishes this management policy along with an annual Environmental Declaration.
