Inspired by Italian cuisine, lunchtime brings a tempting selection of rice dishes, seafood, Iberian delicacies and Mediterranean specialities. In the evening, the menu evolves to showcase risottos, fresh pasta, carpaccios and classic Italian favourites, all complemented by a carefully curated selection of Mallorcan, Spanish and international wines. During the high season, guests can also enjoy an exclusive à la carte breakfast, served in an elegant pyramid stand.
