If you book a flexible rate on our website, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your stay in high season from June 15 to September 15. In the low season you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Please note that this benefit is only applicable to direct bookings on our website and to flexible rates. These conditions are subject to change, but any changes will be clearly explained during the booking process.

The flexible rate allows you to cancel free of charge within a specific period. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellation is only free if you make it before the deadline defined for the rate. Charges apply if you cancel after this deadline. Your booking is guaranteed until 11:59pm on the expected arrival day. The full amount for the stay will be charged if you do not show up at the hotel or notify us in advance. If you want to cancel, please send an email to customercare@zafirohotels.com stating your booking reference number. Remember that this benefit is only available for direct bookings on our website.

Zafiro Hotels always guarantees that you will have the lowest price available online. If you’ve already booked on our website and see a lower price on another website with the same conditions (dates, room type and rate, hotel and number of guests) within 24 hours, send an email to customercare@zafirohotels.com with a link or other proof of the lower price and we will match that price.

If you book on our website and don’t get a confirmation email, please send an email to customercare@zafirohotels.com with the name of your hotel and booking details. Our Customer Care team will check your booking and get back to you as soon as possible.

Payment will be made on arrival at the hotel, unless you have booked a Non-Refundable rate, Semi-Flexible rate, or any other rate requiring prepayment. All payments will be processed at the front desk to ensure your safety and convenience. You can pay for your stay in cash (up to a maximum of €1,000 for residents in Spain and €10,000 for others) or with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club.
