- Bookings Policy
1. Reservations with a card as a guarantee (Flexible rates)
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the card. If the card is not valid, you will be asked, by phone or email, to provide a new one within 24 hours. If the card is invalid as well, the reservation will be cancelled.
It can be cancelled without cost if it is done before the days set in the cancellation policy. The cancellation will be made by email to info@zafirohotels.com indicating the reservation number.
Cancellations after the free cancellation period will incur the expenses established for each rate.
All bookings are guaranteed until 11:59pm on the expected date of arrival at the hotel. The booking will be cancelled, and full amount will be charged accordingly if customer does not arrive at the hotel before that time, unless prior and express notice has been given to the hotel.
If you check out of the hotel before your expected departure date, a 1-night charge will be made as a penalty.
2. Reservations with non-refundable ratesThe "non-refundable" rate does not include in any case the refund of the amount paid. The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation, regardless of the date of the client’s arrival.

If you check out of the hotel before your expected departure date, a charge will be made for the full stay.In the event that Zafiro Hotels communicates the cancellation of the reservation due to reasons of force majeure, understanding as such those circumstances unrelated to the party invoking them, abnormal and unforeseeable, whose consequences could not have been avoided despite having acted with due diligence, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to claim or compensation by the user or client. This assumption will be communicated, if this is possible, by the channel used to confirm the reservation.
3. Reservations with semi-flexibles ratesThe semi-flexible rate requires the prepayment of a percentage of the booking cost as indicated in the rate description.

All rooms booked with this rate must have at least one travel agent allocated. If that is not the case, on arrival the reception team will charge the rate applicable at that time.

If you book additional travel services for your trip or holiday via this link/these links, you will NOT benefit from rights applying to packages under Directive (EU) 2015/2302. In that case Inversiones Plomer SL has, as required by EU law, protection in place to refund your payments to Inversiones Plomer SL for services not performed because of Inversiones Plomer SL's insolvency. Please note that this does not provide a refund in the event of the insolvency of the relevant service provider.
