Choose your room 

Zafiro Hotels is pleased to present a new website service designed to make your stay even easier and more special. 

After booking your stay at Zafiro Palace Palmanova on our official website, you can now choose your preferred room on the virtual hotel map before your arrival. 

 
All you need to do is hover over the map, choose the room you want and then confirm your choice. You’ll receive final confirmation by email during the 7 days prior to your arrival. 

 
* Please note that this service depends on room availability at the time of your arrival. In the unlikely event that we are unable to assign you the room you selected, we will assign you another room as similar and near as possible to the selected room. See the service terms and conditions for more information. 

• This service is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. The minimum cost is €25. The amount may vary depending on the room type selected.

• Only available up to 72 hours before arrival.

• Confirmation will be sent by email within 7 days before your arrival.

• Only valid for reservations of one room.

• Only applicable to bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

• If your request involves a room upgrade, we will get in touch with you to arrange payment and confirm the reservation. Any amount involved will be subject to the same cancellation policy as the original reservation.

• If the room number you request is in the same type of room as the one you originally booked, payment can be made at check-in.

• If we are unable to assign you the room you selected, we will assign you another room as similar as possible to the selected room.

• This amount is not covered by the Relax & Care website insurance.
