With an indoor dining area and a beautiful terrace, the dining options at Son Sabater by Zafiro are an essential part of the travel experience. Our dining experiences are a gateway to Mallorcan traditional culture. From a Mediterranean breakfast with typical island products to lunch and dinner in our à la carte restaurant.
Lunch in the open air
Dishes made with the freshest ingredients accompanied by views of the Serra de Tramuntana. Monday to Sunday, from 12 midday to 2:30pm. Only for hotel guests.
À la carte dinners
An intimate dining area, the perfect place for enjoying the balmy Mediterranean evenings. Open to the general public. Bookings available from March 2026.
Breakfast as you like it
Mornings begin with home-made bread, eggs and omelettes made to order, typical island cheeses and cold cuts, fresh fruit… Monday to Sunday, from 8:30am to 11am.
From the island to the table
Our organic garden
Full of aromas, colours and flavours. At Son Sabater by Zafiro we grow our own aromatic herbs and typical Mallorcan crops such as aubergines, courgettes and peppers. 100% organic products that our chefs use in some of their dishes depending on the season.
