CONTEST ORGANISER

Companies belonging to the INVERSIONES PLOMER S.L. group (through its trademark ZAFIRO HOTELS), with address at C/Mar i Estany, 35, 07400 Puerto de Alcudia, Mallorca, Spain and with fiscal ID number B-07985823 organise the online contest (hereinafter, “the Contest”) in accordance with the participation requirements.

This Contest aims to reward the best photos taken in Zafiro Hotels and also the loyalty of our customers.

CONTEST REQUIREMENTS AND OPERATION

Participants must be aged 18 and over, have a public Instagram profile, and meet all the following requirements and conditions.

Participants must post on their public Instagram account a photo taken at any of our hotels that reflects their best summer experience. The hotel must be identifiable, and images of the pool, room, gardens, etc., are acceptable.

Participants must mention one of the three official Zafiro Hotels accounts in the post description and follow the account that represents the prize they would prefer to win.

• Corporate account for 4-star hotels: @zafirohotels
• Zafiro Palace Andratx Hotel account: @zafiropalace.andratx
• Boutique Collection account: @zafiroboutiquecollection

Participants may attempt to win prizes from all three accounts if they post a different photo for each of them, and if that that photo is pertinent to the hotel or category associated with the Zafiro account mentioned in the post. However, only one prize will be awarded per person. The text accompanying the photo must include the hashtag #ZafiroMemories and/or #ZafiroHotels

The photo should reflect memories of a beautiful summer, with the participant sharing photos that evoke special memories. Photo quality, creativity and originality will be taken into account when winners are selected.

Participants may post as many photos as they wish, but only one photo per participant will be considered for the prize. Participants found to be participating with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Multiple accounts are considered to be those for which the email or personal data are, in the opinion of ZAFIRO HOTELS, sufficiently similar to create confusion.

Photos created or modified with artificial intelligence tools will not be accepted, nor will photos not owned by the participant or without image rights for the people who may appear in the photo.

Participant accounts must be for real people, excluding any accounts the company considers to be false or automated.

Under no circumstances will any bad language, explicit or implied insults, disrespect for third parties or inappropriate content be accepted, nor any content that ZAFIRO HOTELS may consider inappropriate in ensuring the successful completion of the Contest.

CONTEST CONDITIONS

Participants may participate from 10am on January 1, 2026, until 11:59pm on February 28, 2026 (local time).

The winners will be announced on March 16, 2026. These dates may be changed at the discretion of ZAFIRO HOTELS. Winners will be notified via a mention and a private message. If a prize is refused or the winner does not meet the requirements, ZAFIRO HOTELS will notify a substitute winner. ZAFIRO HOTELS reserves the right to reject the participation of any names , owned by third parties, that contain protected brands or other protected elements, false profiles or anything that in any other way goes against the spirit of the Promotion. In any such cases, users will lose their right to take part in the Contest. Employees of ZAFIRO HOTELS and direct or indirect partners may not participate in the contest.

ZAFIRO HOTELS reserves the right to use any photos submitted for commercial purposes, preferably on social media, in which case the author of the photo will be named. Should this occur, ZAFIRO HOTELS reserves the right to edit the photo colour (brightness, saturation, etc.) without making any changes that may be considered photomontages.

Participation implies total acceptance of these terms and conditions, the transfer to Zafiro Hotels of all copyright to the photos entered in the Contest, and the transfer of all image rights of any people appearing in them. Zafiro Hotels reserves the right to use and publish any of the photos for advertising or communication purposes. Participation also implies acceptance of the Zafiro Hotels Privacy Policy.

PRIZES

Three prizes will be awarded:

1. A 3-night stay with half board for 2 people at the Zafiro Palace Andratx (condition: follow the Instagram account @zafiropalace.andratx)
2. A 3-night stay with half board for 2 adults at a 4-star Zafiro hotel (condition: follow the Instagram account @zafirohotels)
3. A 3-night stay with bed and breakfast for 2 adults at Zafiro Boutique Collection hotels (condition: follow the Instagram account @zafiroboutiquecollection)

Stays must occur between April 1, 2026, and November 1, 2026, excluding July and August 2026. Stay dates will always be subject to hotel room availability. If prizes are unavailable on the date selected, alternative dates will be proposed.

Prizes may not be exchanged for cash nor any other prize, nor exchanged nor altered. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Prizes do not include any travel expenses or any other service not expressly defined in these terms and conditions.

The contest and associated prizes are subject to existing tax regulations.

PRIZE DELIVERY

All of the photos that meet the Promotion requirements will be entered into the Contest and be eligible for the prize contained in these conditions.

The prizes will be decided by a jury composed of 5 people from different departments of the Zafiro Hotels group. Each of these people will choose one photo for each of the participating Instagram accounts (@zafirohotels; @zafiroboutiquecollection and @zafiropalace.andratx) from all the photos submitted. The 3 photos with the highest scores for each account will win. Creativity, originality, technique and quality will be taken into account. If there are not enough valid photos to qualify for the prize, or for any other internal reason deemed appropriate by ZAFIRO HOTELS, ZAFIRO HOTELS reserves the right to cancel the Contest.

Winners will be notified via mention and private message from the official ZAFIRO HOTELS accounts. Winners must accept the prize and provide their personal information by sending an email to the email address provided in the private message they receive or by replying directly to the private message. If no answer is received within 72 hours of the message being sent confirming receipt and compliance with the conditions, prizes will be passed on to winners in reserve. If any such winner in reserve does not respond confirming receipt and compliance, the prize will be declared void. By accepting the prize, winners agree that ZAFIRO HOTELS may use their name or image for advertising purposes in any type of media, without having to provide any type of notice. The organiser may delete participants who do not comply with the requirements above or whose participation constitutes an attempt to breach these conditions.

DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is evident that any participants do not comply with the requirements in these legal conditions or that the data provided for participation is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the contest, losing all rights to any prizes awarded by virtue of the contest.

DATA PROTECTION

In relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (UE) 2016. 2016 (RGPD) and Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and digital rights guarantees, below is information about the use of your personal information and other issues that may be of interest to you.

The data controller and processor is Inversiones Plomer SL (B-07985823), located at Calle Mar i Estany, 35, 07400, Puerto de Alcudia, Spain. If you would like to contact us by email, you may do so at privacy@zafirohotels.com. The purpose of collecting and processing your data is to manage the contest.

The processing of your data is legitimised by your participation in the contest and based on your consent to these conditions. Processing your data is essential for the correct operation of the contest.

We would also like to inform you that your data may be transferred, where appropriate, to the public authorities and to any person who participates in the organisation of this contest in order to coordinate and communicate the with prizewinners.

Your personal data will be stored for 5 years, as required by civil, criminal and administrative liabilities that may arise for Inversiones Plomer S.L. as a result of any irregularities during your stay or due to any possible responsibilities arising from the data processing. When that period ends, the data will be destroyed.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, as well as the following rights:

• You may request access to all your personal data that we process (right of access)
• You have the right to rectify your data (right of rectification).
• You may request the deletion of your data when the requested service has been completed (right of cancellation).
• You may request that your personal data not be processed (right of opposition).
• You can also request limitation of the processing of your data (right to process limitation).
• You have the right to receive your personal data in a digital format so that you may manage it (right to portability).

Acceptance of the prize does not imply nor impose the acquisition of any other additional products or services. Participants agree that ZAFIRO HOTELS may use their name for advertising and promotional purposes.

Participants accept the success of this contest requires that the data they provide is accurate and up to date, and they promise to ensure that that is the case. If the personal data provided is false, incomplete or not up to date, making the identification of participants and potential winners impossible by reasonable means, the Organiser reserves the right to declare the contest void, remaining free of all responsibility in this regard.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Among other things, the organiser is not responsible for any possible losses, theft, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this promotion nor for the use made by the participant of any prizes.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or any fortuitous event that may impede the correct completion of the promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prizes.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These legal conditions will be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands) will be required to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance of these conditions.
