PROMOTION SPONSOR 

Companies in the INVERSIONES PLOMER SL group (through its trademark ZAFIRO HOTELS), with offices at C/ Mar i Estany, 35, 07400 Puerto de Alcudia, Balearic Islands, Spain and tax ID number B-07985823, are the organisers of this prize draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”), to be carried out online under the conditions set out in the participation requirements section. 

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION PROCEDURES 

Participation requirements are as follows: 

• Residents of any country aged 18 and over may participate. 
• Participation is only valid through completion of the online form, accessible exclusively via the QR code displayed on the information panel located at the reception area of Zafiro Tropic or Zafiro Palace Alcudia hotels.
• Participants taking part with several email addresses will be disqualified.
• Only guests staying at the official race hotels (Zafiro Tropic and Zafiro Palace Alcudia) who are registered to compete in the Zafiro IRONMAN 70.3 Alcúdia-Mallorca race may enter the prize draw.
• Entries will be accepted until 09/05 at 12:00h.
• The prize draw will be held on 09/05 at 18:00h.
• The winner will be chosen completely randomly using ZAFIRO HOTELS’ internal computerised system.
• Winners will be contacted personally by hotel staff to arrange prize delivery. 

PROMOTION CONDITIONS 

Five winners and three substitutes will be selected in case the original winners cannot be contacted or do not meet the requirements. 

 All entries that comply with the terms outlined herein will be included in the prize draw. 

 If the prize is declined or a selected participant does not meet the criteria, ZAFIRO HOTELS will contact a substitute winner. 

 ZAFIRO HOTELS reserves the right to exclude entries that contain third-party names, trademarks, protected elements, false profiles, or that in general go against the spirit of the draw. 

 Under no circumstances will obscene, offensive or disrespectful content be accepted, nor any content deemed inappropriate by ZAFIRO HOTELS. 

Participants not complying with these terms will be excluded from the draw. 

Employees of ZAFIRO HOTELS and its direct or indirect collaborators are not eligible to participate. 

PRIZES 

Five different prize packs will be awarded at Zafiro Hotels’ discretion, including the following items:

• Entry to a 2025 IRONMAN European calendar race, courtesy of Zafiro Hotels
• Sailfish Kona Edition Transition Backpack
• Running set (socks, cap, and bottle) from Incylence

• Discount on Hannes Hawaii Training Camps
• Discount on a full-body massage at the hotel spa 

Prize allocation among the winners will be random and cannot be changed or exchanged. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 

Prize awarding is subject to applicable tax regulations. 

DELIVERY OF PRIZES 

If you are a winner, the hotel will contact you directly to deliver your prize before you leave the hotel on May 9. 

Winners must accept the prize and provide any required personal data for prize processing. 

ZAFIRO HOTELS reserves the right to cancel the draw in the event of insufficient participation or for any internal reason. In this case, prior participants will be notified. 

By accepting the prize, winners expressly authorise the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, with no additional compensation, for a maximum period of five (5) years, in any media and geographic location. 

DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES 

If a participant fails to meet the conditions outlined herein or provides invalid data, their participation will be void and they will lose all rights to any prizes awarded under this Promotion. 

DATA PROTECTION 

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you of the following:

Your data will be collected and processed exclusively to manage this prize draw. 

 Processing is based on your consent, and is essential to carry out the draw. 

 Your data may be shared, where necessary, with the relevant authorities or third parties involved in organising and delivering the prize. 

 Personal data will be retained for 5 years, the legal period required to address any civil, criminal or administrative liabilities that may arise. After this period, your data will be deleted. 

You have the following rights:

• Right to erasure
• Right to object to processing
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to data portability 

Participation in the draw requires that all personal data provided be true and up to date. If this is not the case, ZAFIRO HOTELS may declare the prize draw void and is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate data. 

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER 

ZAFIRO HOTELS is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay or other third-party circumstances affecting the Promotion. 

It also disclaims any responsibility for force majeure or unforeseen events that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the prize from being enjoyed. 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands).
