Zafiro Hotels receives 12 Travellers’ Choice awards
Zafiro Hotels continues to make history. Last year 10 of our hotels won TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, and this year the magnificent Zafiro Palace Collection and our 4-star Zafiro Hotels have also been honoured with this prestigious award.
Decided entirely by international travellers, this achievement places 12 of our 14 hotels among the top 10% of hotels in the world. This also includes the latest addition to our hotel portfolio, the adults-only Zafiro Alzinar Mar.
These awards acknowledge our status as a benchmark for excellence in hospitality, while also, most importantly, paying tribute to the magnificent work of all of our team.

The favourite hotels of international travellers
This year the company has received a total of 12 awards, compared to only 2 in the previous year. The award winners once again include the three 5-star hotels that form part of the company's exclusive Zafiro Palace Collection, all of them boasting prime locations, first-class facilities and impeccable service.
Zafiro Palace Andratx, the jewel in the crown, and a hotel that already won this award in 2022, the first year it was open. Zafiro Palace Alcudia, thus continuing a streak of winning the annual award which has now lasted since 2011. Zafiro Palace Palmanova, which has also already won the Travellers’ Choice Award on 6 previous occasions.
In the north of the island, the hotels that have once again been selected for this prestigious award are the Zafiro Can Picafortand Zafiro Cala Mesquida have also won the award, the former racking up 12 Travellers’ Choice Awards since 2011, and the latter having now won a total of 10 awards for excellence.
Other hotels that have also once again received awards include the Zafiro Menorca, just a few minutes from the beautiful beach of Cala'n Bosch, Zafiro Mallorca, located in the quiet residential area of Can Picafort, Zafiro Tropic, with a great location in stunning Alcudia Bay, Zafiro Rey Don Jaime, just a few steps from a quiet beach in Santa Ponsa, and Zafiro Bahia, a hotel on the spectacular beachfront of Playa de Muro.
New hotels to receive Travellers' Choice Awards in 2025 include the Zafiro Palmanova, just 200 metres from the beach in the west of Mallorca, and the newly renovated Zafiro Alzinar Mar, our adults-only hotel next to the magnificent beach at Playa de Muro.
