Dark Night by Zafiro Hotels
Welcome back to the Zafiro Hotels cocktail bar! Today we present a very refreshing and classic cocktail that you can see on the drinks menu in our 4 and 5-star hotels: Dark Night.
In this video, the Restaurant & Bar Manager at the new 5-star Zafiro Palace Andratx Hotel, Carlos Franco, describes all the ingredients in the cocktail and how to make it.
Ingredients:
- 5 cl. Eristoff Black vodka.
- 5 cl. Caiman blackcurrant liqueur.
- 5 cl. orange juice
- Ice
- Peppermint to decorate
Preparation:
- Fill the glass you are going to serve the cocktail in with crushed ice
- Add the vodka, orange juice and blackcurrant liqueur and stir really well.
- Decorate with a peppermint leaf and enjoy!
